GDP/GMP-Compliant Storage with Control and Traceability

Artanes Ltd. offers product storage services in warehouse facilities operating in full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

This service is designed for clients who outsource manufacturing activities to us, ensuring secure, controlled, and traceable storage of their products.

Storage Conditions

We guarantee strict adherence to the manufacturer’s specifications, including:

• Temperature range 2–8°C (for thermolabile products).
• Temperature range 15–25°C (controlled room temperature).
• Storage at a guaranteed humidity level of <60%.
• Continuous monitoring and data logging of both temperature and humidity.
• Access control and security for all stored products.

Storage Rules

We apply the following principles for inventory management:

• One product, one batch, and one supplier per single pallet space.
• For products requiring storage at 2–8°C, we also offer half-pallet spaces.

Billing

• The first 7 calendar days of storage are free of charge.
• After this period, we apply a monthly fee for each month started, in line with our current tariff.

Control and Compliance

We provide:

• Full compliance with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Total batch traceability.
